A new home for the Zeta chapter of Tri Delta located at the University of Cincinnati. The three story home is over 15,500 square feet and includes 32 beds, a live-in suite for the sorority’s director, a full commercial kitchen for preparing meals, a formal living room, dining room, tv room, and basement chapter room. The living room features a gas insert fireplace with a custom Rookwood tile design. The exterior architecture fits well into its surrounding neighborhood while also nodding to classic, Tri Delta style with its light grey shaker siding and cool toned stone veneer.
