Located in one of the most coveted plots of land, this 200 year old home still stands with her classic charm perched on top of a hill looking over the Little Miami River. Tasked with creating a larger family space built for entertaining, we composed a symphony of visual notes, merging old with the new in perfect harmony. In order to connect the adjacent garage we constructed a welcoming breezeway that houses a generous space for warm welcomes and traditional butler's pantry.  Carefully crafted materials were used throughout to compliment the original stone and meticulous woodwork. As you move towards the back of the house, you will be surprised to find an incredible landscape fitted with a below ground pool and large under cover patio that's sure to hum with excitement all year around. The main focal point is a large stone fireplace in the middle of the space. However, the patio is not only good for chilly fall days, but also summer sun with a screen system that can fully enclose the room and keep bugs outside.
