This once dilapidated, burnt down Cincinnati warehouse was masterfully converted into a private five-star resort-style home featuring unique amenities including a putting green, pool, and not one but two outdoor bars! Utilizing the existing hundred-year-old brick walls and partial foundation, we were able to renovate the space into a contemporary outdoor living space made for the ultimate entertainer. As you move inside, the home design features Scandinavian aesthetics with an American twist. Each space is vibrant yet soothing on the eyes with luxury materials to showcase the architectural details within.
